Can you help me find an apartment if I have a criminal record?

Just be completely honest with your locator about your criminal history immediately up front, so that we send you a list of apartments that will consider people with criminal background issues. Will my monthly rent go up if I use a locator? NO. Absolutely not. We get paid out of marketing budgets. You do not pay ANYTHING for our services - not before, during, or after the process. But we will often SAVE you money on your search costs, application fees, and move in fees. And sometimes we can help you get a free month or two of rent. Will I still qualify for specials offered by the apartment community if I use a locator?
YES, not only you will still qualify for any specials or promotions that the apartment community offers - many communities off our clients BETTER specials and promotions that are not offered directly to the public!  

 

Can I still use your locating service if I'm interested in an apartment not on my apartment list? 

In most cases YES! As long as you have not previously visited the community and your locator provides you with information about the community that prompts you to visit that community. Just make sure you contact your locator and ask about the community BEFORE you call or go to visit the community.
